Returns Information
30 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If any product does not satisfy your needs, or if the product arrives damaged, it may be returned within 30 days of order receipt for a full product refund less return shipping. Before sending your item back, email us at csr@suppliesplustore.com for your Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number. Returned merchandise must be in its original box, in new condition and include all instructions, and the invoice or packing slip. If the returned merchandise does not meet these conditions, a restocking fee of up to 35% will be applied to your refund amount.

Return of products that are defective due to manufacturing have 30 days from the date of purchase to be exchange, after that time please contact the manufacturer – consult us for help, if needed.
How do I make a return?
Except as otherwise described below, if you are not satisfied for any reason, products may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full credit or exchange (if the product is undamaged or unopened). When you make your return, you’ll need to note credit or exchange. Returned items must be in the original packaging. See our Terms and Conditions for more information.

You can expect a reply from Supplies Plus Store in your email inbox within 24 hours. We will email you a shipping label and return authorization number.

Returns Fee
Returns received at Supplies Plus without an RA number, may be assessed a 25% processing fee that will be deducted from any credit due. Return Shipping fee will be deducted from the amount credited. In Case the return is for a factory defective item, a full diagnostic will be done to assess a full refund or extra charges up to 50% of the order will be apply.
